Exercise to “Be fit” – Physio led Exercise Classes

We host classes designed by Physios and supervised by qualified Physios & Exercise Physiologists who are trained in techniques like Pilates & Yoga as well. Our classes are evidence-based to complement your physiotherapy treatment and to ensure that your physical outcomes are as robust as possible for a long period of time.

Our small group classes take you step by step to better understand your body to improve your feeling that may have been lost through injuries, poor posture or bad habits. Every class is supervised by a qualified exercise physiologist or a physiotherapist who can carefully select exercises that are safe and allow you to build strength, stability and flexibility at a pace you are comfortable with.

After 10 sessions, 30 minutes one on one Physiotherapy session is conducted to thoroughly assess your progress and redesign your program if required and set new goals .You may also be provided with home exercise program.

Stretch & Flex to BeFit

Our assisted Stretch & Flex classes conducted in small groups help in:

Injury prevention & recovery

Reduced musculoskeletal pain

Improved strength balance & flexibility

Improved posture & better core strength

Optimising sporting performance.

These classes are conducted in small groups of 6. The classes are for 45 minutes and cost is $300 for a pass of 10 classes ($30 per class) or you can join for $45 on a casual basis.

Senior Strength Classes

We conduct Senior Strength Classes in small groups with an aim to :

Improve strength and balance

Fall prevention

Manage and improve chronic conditions

Improve cardio respiratory fitness

Reduced musculoskeletal pain

We offer these classes in small groups of 6 to 10. The classes are for 45 minutes and cost is $300 for a pass of 10 classes ($30 per class) or you can join for $45 on a casual basis.
