We are registered with all health funds, insurers and government agencies to ensure that you have less out of pocket expenses for your treatment. We are also authorised for programs like HCF More for Muscles, nib’s First Choice and Medibank’s Members Choice, which helps minimise the out of pocket expenses for patients. Your account is directly claimed on the spot with our HICAPS system and you only pay the GAP.

Physiotherapy Fees

Health fund rebates provided, as applicable. Additional charges may apply for Sunday, public holidays and after-hour emergency appointments. Please call us for long consultation, home visits, casts and cam boots etc.

Insurance Cover

We are registered with all other leading insurers and we treat the insurance patients without any payments, you just need to submit your approved claim number and details. We deal directly with your insurer to ensure a trouble-free process for you. These insurers include

1. Motor Accident Claims – All Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Insurers
2. Worker Injury Compensation – icare and other Work Covers
3. Registered with State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) NSW
4. Registered with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

Seniors and Veterans (DVA) & Aged Care

We provide a discount for Aged Pensioners. DVA (Veteran Affairs) patients with DVA gold cards and myaged care patients are covered for all physiotherapy costs.

Medicare / Bulk Billing

Some chronic conditions are subsidised by Medicare for Physiotherapy and a doctor’s referral is required with a ‘Enhanced Primary Care” (EPC)  Plan for  Chronic Disease Management (CDM) for claiming Medicare benefit. Medicare does not provide bulk billing, however Medicare subsidises such treatments heavily and provides medicare benefit where the patient pays a small gap.

The physiotherapy treatment is carried out  as per medicare guidelines and you need to specify your GP name and EPC/CDM details while booking. Please bring your EPC/CDM referral letter and you can  claim your Medicare (Bulk Billing) benefit on the spot with our HICAPS machine to save you from the hassle of claiming with Medicare.

The Medicare EPC rebate process is a bit different from the typical bulk billing process. The first step is that the Patient has to pay the applicable fee upfront. We use the patient’s Medicare card with a savings or cheque account to refund $58.30 back to patient’s account, to help minimise out of pocket expenses for the patient.

Please note that Our select Physiotherapists provide No Gap treatment for eligible EPC/CDM patients. However our Senior Physiotherapist and Principal Physiotherapist do charge a GAP from EPC/CDM Patients.

Payment Options

All major Cards are accepted including all major Credit & Debit cards, EFTPOS, AMEX, VISA, Master, Diner etc. and on the spot claims are given with your Health Cover and Medicare Cards through the HICAPS terminal.

You can also make an online payment using Paypal or direct debit to our nominated bank account.
